The site presents plans, checks coverage, provides support and protects operations. It does not create advertising profiles or make automated decisions.
Cookies and local storage
The site does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising cookies or trackers. Local storage only keeps accessibility preferences and acknowledgment of the privacy notice on your device until you reset them or clear site data.
VLibras, map and external services
VLibras loads only after you click to enable it. The regional map is provided by OpenStreetMap with deferred loading. When displayed, these services may receive IP address and technical data. The customer portal, Instagram and WhatsApp are also external, apply their own policies and may process data outside Brazil.
Coverage and WhatsApp
The form prepares an area and address message only in your browser as pre-contractual steps requested by you. Nothing is sent to AtualNet until you review and send it through WhatsApp. Once sent, data is used to respond, check feasibility, prepare an offer and perform contractual or legal obligations. Do not send passwords, documents or banking data through the form.
Virtual assistant (Nexo)
Nexo, AtualNet’s assistant, runs entirely in your browser: answers are generated there with no AI servers, and the conversation lives only in the page’s memory, disappearing on reload. Nothing is saved in cookies or browser storage. Messages with an ID, card, password, email or phone number are hidden and never forwarded. When you call the team (or Nexo can’t answer), WhatsApp opens directly with a pre-written message: a note that the contact came from the website, the topic and your conversation with Nexo — without any hidden data. Nothing is sent until you tap send in WhatsApp.
Speed test
The self-hosted OpenSpeedTest runs on AtualNet’s own server outside Cloudflare and loads only after your click. Data is transferred temporarily to measure download, upload and latency; the site does not store the result.
Logs and retention
For security and Brazil's Internet Civil Rights Framework, the infrastructure records only IP address, timestamp, method, path without parameters and status, without User-Agent or referrer. Access records must be protected for six months and then deleted. Support data remains for the request, contract and applicable legal periods with restricted access.
Legal bases and rights
We rely on pre-contractual steps and contract performance for commercial requests, legal obligations for mandatory records, and legitimate interests for security, fraud prevention and responses. You may request confirmation, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data, portability where applicable, sharing information, objection and review of automated decisions. Where consent applies, it may be withdrawn.
